About DermQuest DermQuest is a comprehensive educational resource for dermatologists, featuring an extensive image library, along with expert-written editorials and clinical case conundrums. With the DermQuest app, you can submit your own clinical images from your iPhone, view images from the library, and peruse all the great content on DermQuest, which is reviewed and approved by a renowned international editorial board. With the DermQuest app you can: Browse through 22,000 clinical images Test your knowledge with over 30 Case Notes Read through Expert Opinion articles from practicing dermatologists Engage with the dermatology community and submit your own clinical image cases Image Search With more than 22,000 clinical images, DermQuest’s image library is one of the largest on the web. Browse the library by anatomical location, lesion type, and symptoms – and view high-resolution images for educational use or to aid diagnosis. All images have been submitted by the wider dermatology community and approved by the DermQuest editorial board. Expert Opinion Articles Featuring current opinion on the latest scientific and clinical developments in dermatology, DermQuest’s monthly Expert Opinion articles provide fascinating and informative insights on a variety of hot topics. All articles are submitted by practicing dermatologists, with a focus on clinical updates, research updates, surgery and cosmetics, and practice management. All submissions are reviewed by the DermQuest editorial board. Case Notes DermQuest’s clinical case notes are individual case conundrums with a focus on contemporary treatment strategies. Published monthly, these clinical cases provide details of a patient presenting with an unknown condition, including an initial evaluation description and clinical presentation image. After you have entered the diagnosis, the correct diagnosis is then revealed, as well as the treatment strategy, alternative treatment options, and an overview of the disease pathogenesis. Image Submission By following simple instructions, you can submit your clinical images of patients’ conditions for contribution to DermQuest’s extensive image library. Each month, the DermQuest editorial board selects one image to be showcased on the DermQuest homepage as ‘Image of the Month’, along with your professional profile.
