The Diabetic Foot Screening App is a resource that is available for both patients and health care providers as a tool to help with the monitoring and understanding of how diabetes impacts a person's life and what can be done to address some of the associated changes. It is there to complement existing pathways and support systems for patients with diabetes and is not to replace any regular face-to-face review or assessments a patient would undergo locally.
