Cirql lets elected officials, candidates, advisers, aides, and more reach their teams and their publics with ease. To meet these dual needs, we have divided the Cirql interface into “inner Cirqls” and “outer Cirqls”. Inner Cirqls are closed groups (invite-only and invisible to the public) of collaborators, colleagues, and trusted peers. Inner Cirqls are connected at all times through real-time group messaging. Each Inner Cirql then has a corresponding Outer Cirql that is visible to the public. In the Outer Cirql, team members can post information to keep their followers informed. With Inner Cirqls, users can communicate privately, purposefully, and effectively. With Outer Cirqls, users stay informed and get the input they seek. Cirql is also a tool for voters. Individuals can follow representatives, candidates, and other public officials, staying updated on the issues that matter to them most.
