Cycling workout app is designed to be used in the gym for spin / spinning class. If you have a stationary bike in your home, you can use this app to create your own spinn / spinnning class. Beginner cycling workout in the app provides you a start in-home spin class. Cycling workout is designed to add and manage workouts effectively. We provide you with three default workouts which can be edited and modified as per your requirements. Each workout can have multiple sessions and each session can have multiple intervals. Our app allows you to enjoy music while you are working out and our tablet version allows you to enjoy workout videos while you are working out. We provide three default workouts along with the app. These workouts and sessions can be modified or new workouts can be added,modified and deleted. Session and interval order can be sorted.App can be reset to defaults using our reset to defaults option. Every workout that is performed can be saved and added to calendar.
