Change In Condition This app is used for sending the notification(condition with comments) from staff to physician. There are two types of logins Staff Physician 1. Staff will assign a condition and write the comments to selected patient. 2. Physician have access to the patients list along with the button to view the details of selected patient. 3. At the last, please mention that the Physician can dismiss the comments once they are read.
