\n\n,Brain MRI shows cerebral structural changes related to cognitive decline. However, a unified comprehensive visual rating scale has seldom been studied. Comprehensive visual rating scale (CVRS) using MR template was designed to measure the structural change in subjects with cognitgive decline based on either the coronal or axial views of brain MRI. CVRS is MRI based semiquantitative rating methods. It is mainly composed of 4 components. -Hippocampal atrophy, cortical atrophy, ventricular enlargement and small vessel disease Instead of developing fairly new scales, we adopted those from validated existing tools or modified versions of them considering their contribution to the cognitive decline. There are two types of CVRS which are CVRS-coronal and CVRS-axial. CVRS-coronal included coronal hippocampal atrophy and coronal cortical atrophy whereas CVRS-axial included axial view of them. Both of them are composed of 30 points totally. CVRS might provide good discrimination in the early stage of cognitive decline and correlated strongly with neuropsychological test. * The aim of this app is to evaluate cerebral structural changes with template-based scoring program using tablet PC, which the score is summed automatically by touching the most close template image to real MRI finding of subject. * This app is primarily for neurologists and neuroradiologists.\n\n
